  1. This is GDBM for MPW. There were not many changes necessary, but to use it,
  2. you have to link your program with GUSI, since the standard implementation of
  3. fseek() doesn't allow seeking past the end of file (while gdbm doesn't create
  4. huge holes like traditional dbm, it sometimes searches past EOF for small amounts.
